Astitva (“we”, “us”) is an AI brand and pitch studio at astitva.space. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Astitva, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address. If you sign up with email, we store a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
• Your work: the founder briefs, brand strategies, themes, logos, pitch decks and other content you create in Astitva.
• Purchases: which credit pack you bought and your credit balance. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage and analytics: basic information about how the website is used, such as pages visited and device type, collected through Vercel Web Analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on every public page, including our guides and stories. Google Analytics and Clarity use cookies, and Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so we can improve them. We use this data only to improve Astitva, and it is handled under Google's privacy policy and the Microsoft privacy statement.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To generate your brand strategy, theme, logo and pitch deck. Your brief and project content are sent to the AI model providers we use to produce these outputs.
• To process purchases and add credits to your account.
• To send you service emails, such as a welcome email, sign-in codes and purchase confirmations. Product update emails are only sent if you opt in.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

Google sign-in

If you choose “Continue with Google”, we only use your Google name, email address and account ID to create and sign in to your Astitva account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and we do not share Google user data with anyone except as needed to run the service described here.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not show advertising. We share information only with the service providers that run Astitva: hosting (Vercel), database storage, AI model providers, email delivery (Resend), payments (Dodo Payments) and the analytics tools listed above. Each receives only what it needs to provide its service.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and projects while your account is active. If you start creating an account but don’t finish, we keep the name and email you entered so we can help you finish. You can ask us to delete your account and projects at any time, and we will.

Your choices

• You can delete individual projects from inside the studio.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information.
• You can opt out of product update emails at any time.
