Is Astitva software or a design service?
Software. You use it in your browser, and the logo, theme and deck appear in your account. No designer works on your project.
What can I purchase?
Every account starts with 50 free credits (brand strategy, brand theme, one logo and two designed deck slides). Then buy a credit pack: Starter, 100 credits for ₹299 / $3; Studio, 400 credits for ₹999 / $10; or Pro, 1,000 credits for ₹1,999 / $20 (plus GST). Writing your investor story is free and each designed slide costs 5 credits, so a 12-slide deck uses about 60 credits. Credits never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you’re not happy, email us within 7 days of buying and we’ll refund the pack in full, as long as its credits haven’t been used. Email manglaribhav@gmail.com.
Will the output be generic?
Astitva writes from your answers about your customer, product and raise, so two founders get different results. You review and edit everything before you download it.
I already have a brand or deck. Can I use it?
Yes for your logo: upload it in the brief and it becomes your selected logo, with your brand colours taken from it. For colours or fonts, type them into the brief. Deck uploads come later.
